SHOPPING INFORMATION
We deliver products whole over the country (Bangladesh) just now. The charge depends on the Kurier company list. For mini order, you may charge max 100 Tk.
If the product is available at our Store then It will depend on what is the distance between our Store and your location. Normally It may take 2-10 days to complete delivery.
Actually we follow some very simple steps to complete the order. First of all, we verify your order manually. After then we send it to Store Department. Our Store department packs the product and sends it to Kurier to your said delivery address.
After successfully completing an order payment, you should receive an e-mail with the invoice for your order with product details. You also can download your invoice from your online Store Customer Dashboard in the Order Tab.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
In the checkout page, you may be required to make payment to complete the order. In this case, you may select the Home Delivery Payment method or you can make payment by Mobile Banking. Such as Rocket, DDBL Agent banking, bKash, Nogod, etc.
Actually, before sending any product to the Customer, we check the product 3 times by 3 persons. We are very strict regarding product quality and service. But if ever it happens, we will request you lets us know as soon as possible. We will highly consider it very seriously. In the maximum case, we exchange the product if possible. In the last case, we return your full payment.
In this case, we may charge only banking fee.
